Who sells and issues LitCoins

Ever After Books Ltd is the seller and issuer of purchased LitCoins. LitCoins are used across participating Ever After services, but that does not change the company you contract with when you buy them.

What LitCoins are

LitCoins are prepaid store credit recorded in your Ever After wallet. One LitCoin represents one penny of redemption value. They can be used only for eligible goods, services and digital content offered by participating Ever After services. They are not cash, cannot be withdrawn as cash and are not cryptocurrency.

Purchased LitCoins do not expire. Promotional LitCoins may have separate conditions disclosed when they are awarded. The price paid and any free bonus coins are recorded separately.

Buying and using LitCoins

A purchase is complete only when Stripe confirms payment and the wallet ledger records the credit. We never receive your full card details. Each redemption is subject to the terms, availability and price of the item selected. Converting LitCoins into an Ever After gift card moves the same store credit and does not create a second balance.

Cancellations and refunds

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. You may ask us within 14 days to cancel a LitCoin purchase that remains unused. We will return any eligible refund to the original payment method and remove the related purchased and bonus coins. If some value has already been used, we may deduct the value already supplied only where the law allows. Faulty, misdescribed or unavailable goods, services and digital content remain subject to your legal remedies.

Accounts and misuse

You must keep your sign in secure and use LitCoins lawfully. We may restrict activity involving fraud, abuse, chargebacks or a breach of the relevant service terms. We will not remove a valid purchased balance merely because an account is restricted.

Issuer changes

If the LitCoin issuer ever changes, the outstanding customer balance and redemption obligation must transfer together. Affected users will be told before the change takes effect.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers keep any mandatory rights and forum protections that apply where they live. For support, cancellation or refund requests, use the Ever After Books contact page.
